While this system is fairly accurate, it is possible that actual shipping charges may be different from the amount initially quoted.
If shipping cost turns out to be higher than expected, La Massagerie will contact you to obtain your authorisation prior to charging your account and shipping your items.
Most items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours, when products are in stock.
Delivery by Canada Post takes 2 to 5 business days in Quebec and 2 to 10 business days for the rest of Canada.

Exchanges and returns

No returns, exchange only.
In case of an mistake on the part of La Massagerie while processing your order, we will replace erroneous or missing items for free, including shipping costs.
If the error was on your end, we'll replace erroneous products but you will need to pay for shipping.
Any claim should be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchangs for mattresses, pillows and massage tables. This garantees that the product you receive is brand new and has never been used by someone else before you.
